Joshua Miller, Sports Section Editor
Joshua Miller, junior, is the sports editor for the Newspacer. Josh is passionate about solving problems, hence why he enjoys math and the sciences.
In his free time you can find him playing soccer, running track, playing video games or hanging out with his friends. Josh is like a hatching bird, he’s shy when you meet him, but as you develop connection you uncover a whole new world of adventure.
Spreading his wings is one of the many attributes Josh has acquired throughout his heroic challenges and triumphs. As Joe Schloetter, sophomore honors teacher, would say, “high school is just his threshold guardian, and nothing is gonna stop him now!”
Aiden Konoske, Feature Section Editor
Aiden Konoske is a junior in his second year on the Newspacer and a feature section editor.
He is looking to bring captivating articles to the LHS student body. Outside of the Newspaper, Aiden plays piano, participates in speech and debate, and loves to scuba dive.
He is currently learning French in school and wants to become a criminal lawyer. Aiden’s favorite movie genre is sci-fi. He can often be found watching a new Apple TV show while spending time with friends and family.
Truman Strand, Staff Reporter
Truman Strand is a sophomore and a writer for the Newspacer.
While he originally joined to work on photography, he has taken the role of a writer.
When he’s not in school, he enjoys playing soccer and going fishing for bass and trout. This is Truman’s second year playing for the LHS soccer team. You can find Truman fishing at Oswego Lake or the Crooked River, whether it is raining or shining.
Truman enjoys a good meal, whether it is a fancy steak or chocolate ice cream. He loves cats and has three that he enjoys hanging out with: Cash, Marmalade and Utah.
