With summer coming up, LHS students are looking for ways to make this the best summer yet, splurging to see some of their favorite artists live.
Sophomore Nazli Gad has tickets to Daniel Cesar for Aug. 15th.
“I’m really looking forward to he’s so talented” “The tickets were expensive but definitely worth it. I just need something like that to look forward to.”
Other students related to Gads need to have something fun coming up to push through the rest of the school year.
“ I am going to Tame Impala at the Moda Center. I’m so excited! I’m looking forward to it because I’m going with my best friend for my birthday!” Said sophomore Jane Peck.
It’s not just R&B and Indie rock that LHS students are listening too. Sophomore Kate West is getting hyped up for some live country.
” I’m going to see Zach Bryan in Eugene. They were not to expense the drive and will definitely be worth it. ” said West.
Smaller artists often perform at the Roseland Theater rather than the Moda Center, offering more affordable options.
“I’m going to see Chris Travis. I’m excited- I really like him and the tickets were cheap. It’s gonna be fun, ” said sophomore Channing Emmet.
No matter the artist, LHS students are looking forward to making lifelong memories with their friends and family. It’s not too late to get tickets for an artist you love this summer.
