Lucine Papakhian is a sophomore in her first year on the Newspacer. Being new to the staff, she had decided to expand her interest in writing and discover new skills and opportunities. She likes to explore all kinds of different writing in her academics. When Lucine isn’t writing articles for the Newspacer, she is listening to music. She loves going to concerts and visiting different places in Portland. Aside from her love for music, Lucine often puts her school work off to hangout with her two cats while watching a good classic horror movie. Her favorite horror movie is the original Halloween. She is deeply passionate about fall and loves Halloween, so horror movies are her way of bringing the fall-like atmosphere year-round.
