Injury puts quarterback on sideline

Confounded that he had just broken his ankle, Keaton Wood, starting football quarterback, knew that he had a long road to recovery in front of him. When confronted about his injury, he didn’t seem to happy to talk about missing games, especially as it being his last year for the Lakeridge High School football team.
“I was running down the sideline and tried to cut on into the inside,” Keaton said. “When I made the turn, I turned to quick and broke my left ankle”.
However, Keaton’s effort was well worth it because Lakeridge defeated the opposing football team from Grant High School.
The starting quarterback is planning to return to his team next week. He has been going to his physical therapy and putting in work, and he is hoping to return better than ever.
