Outside the Art Room is an event where kids can sell or show off their artwork at Christ Church Episcopal Parish in LO and this year it happened on April 14, 2025.
“I heard about it from my friend,” said junior Lauren Richmond. “You get a chance to sell your art, get some volunteer hours, and it’s just overall a really fun experience,”
The event lasted for about two hours and the place was packed with people around the community.
“I sold bookmarks, cards, a crochet stuff,” said Richmond. “A lot of it sold out quickly, and I made about 40 to 60 bucks,”
Other people were also selling paintings, drawings, and pottery at their stands while there was a silent auction to the side.
